YouCopia SpiceStack 50166 Spice Rack with Pull-Down Drawers
THE BUYING TAKE
Choose it for a cupboard where frequently used spice jars get hidden behind the front row. The lowering drawers provide the access benefit; adjustable dividers let you arrange compatible bottles without decanting them into a matching set.
Best for
Cooks with a mixed collection of store-bought spice jars who want access to back rows without reshuffling a shelf, and have cabinet space for the drawers to extend and lower.
The trade-off
The channels accept bottles up to 2 1/4 inches wide; large refill containers need another spot. The nominal 24-bottle capacity depends on bottle dimensions. Drawers stay attached, and the organizer requires handwashing.

Article summary
Lowering drawers bring the back rows of spice bottles toward the cabinet opening. Adjustable dividers accommodate different bottle heights, while the fixed-width channels and the space needed for drawer travel set the limits.

Pull a SpiceStack drawer forward and it lowers, presenting two rows of spice bottles at an angle. That movement is the reason to consider YouCopia's white 24-bottle organizer, model 50166: bottles stored farther back come toward the cabinet opening with the front row. Three adjustable dividers give this SpiceStack another useful job, accommodating the heights of the bottles you already have.
It is sold as one organizer with three dividers and 104 drawer labels. The jars and spices shown in the photographs are not included.
Bring the bottles forward and down
On a shelf where bottles stand several rows deep, the back row may be hidden by what is in front. The lowered tray exposes the bottles in their channels. You reach to the extended drawer, while the other jars remain in their own positions.
A recipe that uses cumin, paprika and oregano gives the arrangement a concrete purpose. Lower the drawer containing them and take the bottles to your work area without emptying a row of unrelated jars first. After measuring, return the bottles and slide the drawer back into the frame.
Fit the rows around your existing bottles
Each drawer has channels for the bottles and a movable crosswise divider. YouCopia's setup instructions start with a bottle in a channel, then put the divider in the nearest slot above it. The next row goes on the other side. You arrange the space around the bottle's height instead of transferring every spice into a matching container.
The detail photograph shows the divider spanning the drawer as one piece. Plan the two rows together: giving a taller bottle more room in one row leaves less length for the other. When a replacement jar changes shape, that shared space may call for moving other bottles or assigning it to a different drawer.
The maker's Adjustable SpiceStack FAQ gives a maximum bottle width of 2 1/4 inches. Moving the divider does not widen the channels. A broad bulk-refill container still needs another home, and the 24-bottle description should not be read as a promise that any two dozen jars will fit.

Keep the drawer path clear
The closed organizer measures 10.5 inches wide, 11 inches deep and 8.3 inches high. Allow additional space in front for the drawers to travel outward and lower. A cabinet's center divider, hinge or raised shelf edge can matter even when the body fits inside; the drawer needs a clear path through the opening.
The plastic frame stands on non-slip feet and requires no tools or mounting. It still occupies a fixed block of shelf space. Consider the position from which you will lift bottles out, including the lowest drawer when it is lowered, instead of planning only around the closed unit.
The drawers stay attached to the frame. YouCopia's Adjustable SpiceStack FAQ specifies handwashing with lukewarm water and mild soap, and says the organizer is not dishwasher safe. Include access for cleaning when deciding where it will live.
Put labels on after arranging the jars
The supplied 104 removable labels include 52 printed spice names and 52 blanks. The front of each drawer provides a place to identify its contents before opening it. Blank labels let you name a seasoning blend or use the wording familiar to the people sharing your kitchen.
Arrange the bottles before applying the labels. Their heights may make a different grouping more practical than strict alphabetical order. YouCopia also suggests organizing by use or type; a drawer of baking spices is one possible arrangement. If printing on the blank sheets, follow the maker's label template and run a plain-paper test first to verify alignment.
At refill time, try the new bottle in its intended channel before changing the label. Keep the names aligned with the actual positions after any rearrangement. The adjustable rows and removable labels give you a way to update the collection as the bottles change.
