After PayPal approval, return to Keenrove to check the confirmed payment status and order number. Keep the order number for any support request. Payment confirmation is not a dispatch notice.

Your order enters processing after payment is confirmed. Please check your delivery address when placing your order. For the current dispatch status, contact us with your order number.

Carriers and tracking
For dispatch updates, carrier details or tracking information, reply to your order confirmation email or contact orders@keenrove.com. Please include your order number.

Delays, loss and damage
