The removable drizzle cap adds another useful control point. You can add a small amount of oil or liquid while processing instead of opening the entire lid, which makes sense for nut butter, dips, and texture adjustments.

SmartTorque supports the tamper instead of replacing it

The SS151 combines that mechanical help with a 1,600 peak-watt motor, rated at 1,100 watts, and Ninja’s SmartTorque system.
